This is a bit sketchy. Though re-colored, it's directly ripping off the new Bahamas logo graphics.

If you look closely, you can see that the background page image is exactly the same, but the designer did a color dump on the shapes (you can see the anti-aliasing is off - artifacts from the original colors)
Sounds like a DQ to me.

I think that is why it is called "The Bahamas" for the theme names.

It's nice that the person who submitted this design *mentions* The Bahamas. But at best, it's unethical to submit someone else's work as your own creation. At worst, it's copyright/trademark infringement (IANAL).

It's against the site's TOS, at any rate:

I'm not a lawyer either, but that seems pretty clear to me. I'd recommend taking the theme down just to be on the safe side.
