Yes, very clean, though I particularly like the little detail at the top of the banner.

Love the clean look and the color scheme. I do think the bullets could be a little more styled, perhaps picking up from the detail at the top of the banner.

Nice style, but as it is written if a site has empty categories set to display they won't be bulleted or indented.
I'm not one to tell another designer how to do his/her style so I'll leave it to you to decide if that is broken or not. I'm not sure how many blogs actually have empty categories displayed. I noticed it because one I was playing with just happened to have empty cats.

Links have no text-decoration or other features distinguishing them from normal text. Only on mouseover there's an underline. Not very handy.

Actually the links are a different colour from the surrounding text, but the contrast could be better.
