Simply amazing! You've paid great attention to detail, and I love that the banner has a splash of color to help tie everything together. In the 3-column design, I like that all three columns are a little different. You've done a great job!
I agree with Dan on every point. The attention to detail is truly amazing.
This style is lovely, just lovely. I like the key atop the third column in the three column layout, and how the sidebars look like bookmarks.
Thanks for the comments. ;)
The realization's time is about three weeks/one month.
C&C are always welcome!
Simon, any chance this theme can be ported to Wordpress... I love it so?
Lana, I'll work on it this summer ;).
Now I'm working for an other site.
Awsome, this theme will be a hit! Cannot wait :)
Thanks Simon :D
This theme is absolutely gorgeous! It's probably my favorite in the entire gallery. Amazing work, Simone!
Thanks Gordeon for the congratulations. They give me more energy for the future ;)
I really like this layout! But on lj, is it available only to paid accounts?
For free accounts using "Bloggish", set the theme to "none", copy and paste the magic-paper css into the box provided under "custom css" in the Custom Options tab. (I coulnd't get linking to an external css sheet to work.) Also had to delete the first line that says, @import url(base-weblog.css), and instead leave "Use 'Base Weblog' styles" set to 'yes' under the Custom Options tab. There is a problem with the caledar table being too wide for the side column.
I love this layout. I'm using it right now but I have only one complaint/problem? If you use the userpics for each post, they wind up being itty bitty and some of them are completely unreadable if they have text. I mean, they are SMALL...probably 25x25? Is there anyway to fix this? I've looked through the options (this account is a free account) and can't find anything that changes the userpic size for this layout. I don't want to change layouts, this is too perfect for my journal! *cries*

to fix the CSS for the new way LJ works just replace the user picture stle with this:
/* USER'S PITCURES - Settings ----------------------- */
.entry-footer, .comment-footer, .trackback-footer {
width: 99%; /* 99% --> No User Pics /// User Pics (proportional to images' dimensions) */
font-size: 100%;
text-align: left;
border-top: 2px solid #d3c8b3;
padding: 0;
margin: 0;
margin-top: 5px;
margin-bottom: 8px;
float: right;
color: #695847;
}
.entry-userpic,
.comment-userpic {
display: none; /* Add Comment to Show UserPics (only LJ's users) */
float: left;
position: relative;
top: -2px;
}
.entry-userpic img,
.comment-userpic img {
margin-top: 5px;
}
I use this on a comm I mod, it was a bugger to figure it out
how do you install the layout onto lj with two css?
nevermind i figure it out. =)
I really like this design Simone. It has an old-fashioned feel to it. But it also has a relaxed look. This is my favorite style of the winners.
